About Tyresa

Tyresa serves as the SLATE-Z Program Analyst and works in conjunction with SLATE-Z's management team to coordinate workgroup and programmatic activities for the organization. As the Program Analyst, her goal is to ensure that programs are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of the organization and its implementation partners. Tyresa also supports with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of the AmeriCorps VISTAs servicing SLATE-Z.

Prior to joining SLATE-Z, Tyresa worked in the education sector. Her passions include improving reading and literacy outcomes for students in the K-12 education system, human trafficking, and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education.
